Founder
Dr Vara’s background is in Acute Medicine and Surgery. He has worked in hospitals throughout London and took an active interest in all facets of patient care.
Dr Dilan Fernando
Founder
Dr Fernando’s background is in Neurosurgery, Neuroscience and NeuroPsychology. He was previously a fellow of Neurosurgery in King’s College Hospital.

SteriFleet was founded by Dr Dilan Fernando and Dr Roshan Vara, co-founders of The Treatment Rooms London, with a mission to address the specific cleaning challenges faced by small to medium-sized clinics across the UK. With their extensive backgrounds in medicine and surgery, Dr Fernando and Dr Vara have always prioritised patient care and safety, understanding the critical role that a clean, hygienic environment plays in delivering the best healthcare outcomes.
Drawing from their experience running a successful clinic, where attention to detail and patient well-being are at the heart of their practice, they identified a gap in the market for a reliable, tailored cleaning service for healthcare providers. Traditional cleaning companies often overlook smaller clinics, focusing on larger operations.
